New
at Van Dusseldorp Training: Internet Training and courses
for electronic security and Private Central Stations.
Individual
Internet
Training is an individual training course. You start the
course when it suits you. If you are busy, you continue when
you have time again. Internet Training is easy to combine
with your job, family or hobby. You don’t have to leave
the house; no peak traffic to worry about. Internet Training
saves time and money!
Internet
Training
Special
courses have been developed for Internet Training. They are
richly illustrated, making the material easier to
understand. There are also many practical examples included,
and exercises for testing the progress of your knowledge. In
case of questions about the training or course, you direct
those to the Internet Training instructor by e-mail!
Class
teaching or practical training
For
some of the subjects of the technical training courses it is
not possible to study just from a book. For those subjects
it is necessary to attend class teaching or practical training
sessions. This is required to finalise the complete course
or education. The location, day and time for this are
adapted to the district where you live. In the Internet
Training information it is specified for which education it
is necessary to supplement the course with class teaching and
practical support.
Exercises
Exercises
are included in the Internet Training. These are - for the
student as well as the instructor – an excellent way of
measuring your progress. The practising questions are meant
as preparation for an official exam or for obtaining a
certificate at the end of the education or course.
Internet
Training documentation
On request, documentation can be sent out
for courses that require an officially recognized exam. We
will have to charge a fee for mailing this documentation.
For
the ESS course the purchase of the Manual Security
Technology is compulsory.
Period
of study
The
duration of a course or training programme as given in
months is based on an average of 2 evenings a week, using
approximately 2 hrs. for studying per study evening. At a
higher studying speed, more evenings each week and more
hours each study evening or even studying during the daytime
will of course shorten the period of study
Internet
connection
Internet
Training requires a computer with a broadband Internet
connection.
Registration
It

Officially
recognised exam Camera systems in public
spaces
Camera systems are an
effective tool in the battle against
criminality. This has resulted in an increase
in demand for Closed Circuit Television
Systems. Because of expansion in the use of
camera systems, projecting and technical
problems are more noticeable.
Through legislation and co-operation within
the security industry, agreements for cameras
in public spaces are now in place.

TSS
Pass certificates
(credits) for TSS theory and practice result
in an official certificate Technician
Security Systems. It is possible to use the
following practice alternative(s): After
passing for the pass certificate TSS theory,
you may obtain a written statement from your
employer, stating that you have been
employed by this employer for at least 12
months continuously, and that you are
working mainly with installation of alarm
systems; thus getting dispensation for the
practical part. Maintenance and fixing
technical problems may be included in these
activities. Product knowledge obtained at
suppliers (one supplier) about alarm
equipment also counts. A statement about
product knowledge may also be obtained from
the company where you work.
